Parking Tips for Training & Game Day

Parking is limited at many of the fields we visit throughout the season. However, with the consideration and respect shown by our Hurlo community, we can ensure a positive experience for everyone—including our neighbours and visitors. Please note that council rangers regularly monitor parking during both training and game days, and fines may be issued for parking in non-permitted areas.

A few helpful reminders:

Do:

  • Consider carpooling with teammates and friends
  • Park only in permitted spaces and follow all signage (rear-to-curb or front-to-curb as indicated)
  • Allow extra time to park in nearby streets and walk 5–10 minutes to the field
  • Be mindful of safety when dropping off or picking up players, especially in low visibility areas
  • Keep all emergency access routes clear at all times

Don’t:

  • Block or park in residents’ driveways
  • Park in no-parking or disability zones without a permit
  • Obstruct emergency vehicle access points
  • Move traffic cones or barriers that are in place for safety or access purposes
  • Use poorly lit shortcuts

Thank you to all our Hurlo families for respecting our local community, being patient when parking, and allowing a little extra time to get to and from the fields.
