The club is obliged to follow a strict set of requirements for football to recommence this year, which could be revoked at any time if the guidelines are not followed, or the government deems the risks too great.
All participants are requested to follow these rules diligently to ensure the season is able to recommence and continue. Initially this will require adherence to the HPW COVID19 Training Plan.

From CDSFA – Responding to Covid-19 cases and suspected cases in football
NOTE: On July 1st, full football is allowed with social distancing still in force off the field in the park, even in the technical zone at the game.
Training is currently restricted to Beaman Park because the work to replace Ewen Parks lights is underway. The COVID TRAINING RESTRICTIONS AND TIMES AT BEAMAN are an attempt to fulfil our commitment to the CDSFA and Council. These restrictions are being eased over the next few weeks as Ewen Park comes back online.
POST TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
1. RECORD ATTENDANCE
Coaches should have been sent a team personalised attendance sheet for their team from Age Co-ordinators which is to be used to record attendees and times. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF OUR RETURN TO TRAINING. If you do not have the personalised sheet, you can use this Generic Training attendance sheet
2. SEND DETAILS TO THE CLUB
– We have produced a short google form that the coach/manager of each team MUST respond to for each training session (even if the training did not go ahead).
It is a short form, with a few questions, with the ability to upload a photo of your attendance record (from Step One) Attendance record upload

We will check each week and follow up with any age coordinator for which there is no response.
4th July – Season commences (14 week season planned)
We hope the majority of our registered players will be happy to play this season under the revised conditions. If this is not possible, please see details on how to de-register at Play Football (please ensure your Manager or Age Coordinator is aware of your decision).
HPW have committed to CDSFA and the local council that the HPW COVID19 Training Plan will be followed until Stage 1 restrictions are lifted (until further notice).
