Bruce Drake Memorial Game

To kick-off the season we will be holding the 6th Annual Bruce Drake Memorial Game, between the BBC (Men’s 1st team) and the AA4.

Bruce was an absolute stalwart of the club. He was a long standing committee member, member protection officer and coached and managed one of the the most successful sides the club has had for over 15 years. This team made 8 Grand Finals (winning 7) and won the Champion of Champions.

Played between two teams that played for Bruce, some on them from the age of 6, the game will be played on the Saturday before the season starts, at a venue to be decided. We’d love to see as many people down their in blue and white cheer on both teams.
